Set on an elevated stretch of Neutral Bay, with sweeping views across Sydney Harbour to North Sydney, the bridge, and the city beyond — the postcard, in every direction. The site holds a stunning 1890s heritage house, with many lives lived there already, and a rear lane that opens a quiet second access from the back.

The plan is a meticulous restoration of the original period home, paired with a sympathetic modern extension off the rear lane. Echoing materials and detailing carry the heritage character all the way through — the front stays timeless, the back brings a contemporary edge.
